4) Legal bases of the treatment
The legal bases for the processing referred to in the purposes indicated in point 3 above are the need to execute what is requested by the User of the Site and the legitimate interest of the Owner (to guarantee the User the best possible browsing experience on the Site itself and to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site or third parties).

5) Recipients of the data
The collected data will not be disclosed and may be communicated, as well as to subjects who have the right and interest to access the User’s personal data by law or secondary and/or community regulations, to internal staff at the Owner as well as to companies, associations or professional firms that have to provide goods or services to the Owner, such as, for example, IT or cloud service providers.

7) Mandatory or optional nature of the provision of data
The processing of data through technical or functional cookies is necessary, therefore the provision of the same is mandatory: failing that, the Site and related services may not work. The treatment does not involve an automated decision-making process.

8) Data retention
The cookies (and the data collected in them) will be kept, starting from their receipt/update, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above and in any case in compliance with the terms of the law (the duration of the session cookies corresponds to the session itself; the precise terms of the retention of others can be checked via your browser).
